Fun challenges and adventure at 1st Broughton Scouts

1st Broughton scouts

If you think Scouting’s just about knots, woggles and big shorts, then be prepared to be surprised. It’s how Richard Branson, Barack Obama and David Beckham got their start in life and you can benefit too.

Squirrels (4 - 6)

Thursday 5pm - 6pm

Squirrels one hour sessions for 4 / 6-year-old boys and girls taking their first steps into being part of Scouts.

Beavers (6 - 8)

Monday 6pm - 7.15pm & Wednesday 6pm - 7.15pm

Beaver Scouts is the first and youngest section in the Scout Movement for 6 - 8 year olds. As a Beaver, your child will join their Colony in exploring the outdoors, delving into creative crafts, discovering their community, playing games and making friends.

Cubs (8 - 10½)

Tuesday 6.15pm - 7.30pm, Thursday 6.30pm - 8pm and Friday 6.15pm - 7.45pm

As a Cub Scout, your child will join their Cub Pack on exciting adventures, discovering hidden talents and exploring the world around them.

Scouts (10½ - 14)

Monday 7.30pm - 9pm, Tuesday 7.45pm - 9.15pm and Wednesday 7.30pm - 9pm

Scouting exists to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
